I hope our floaty Phoebe skirt will make you want to swirl and twirl with joy! Its tiered shape has a bohemian feel but this version of the design is also a curtsy to the Victorian/Edwardian eras (like the Eliza blouse and Tess skirt) on account of its traditional broderie anglaise (eyelet embroidery) flowers.

Phoebe has three tiers with gently scalloped edges while the bottom edge has a double scallop and slightly larger flowers. It has a comfortable elasticated waist with a fabric tassel – and pockets of course. Cut in soft navy blue linen with royal blue embroidery, it’s also available in black.

The Phoebe skirt looks at its best as part of a relaxed ensemble when paired with our coordinating Phoebe top but it also works well with a little bandeau top (for those who’re happy to reveal more midriff) or a t-shirt in the summer, or a plain roll neck in cooler weather. I wear mine all year round, often pairing it up with a leather or denim jacket and boots.

This skirt can be washed by hand (ideally) or machine at 30 degrees, and ironed.
