Delivery costs and duties
The price of a product(s) does not include delivery charges. Our basic delivery charges and means are advised to you during the check-out process and in our ‘Orders, Delivery and Returns’ information.
You will be liable for all duties payable at any foreign port as a result of delivery of goods to countries outside of the UK. If you are receiving goods into countries other than the UK or Europe, customs charges and fees may be due at point of entry and you as receiver are responsible for these. We have no control over these charges and are unable to estimate what they may be. We advise you to check these with your local customs office before placing an order as you shall not be entitled to cancel your order on the basis of unforeseen duties or import charges.
Returns
On delivery, you must check that the products received match your original order and that they are undamaged. All goods are checked for quality before we send them out. In the event of damage or discrepancies, please write the details on the delivery note and sign it and contact us by email.
We value your custom and hope you will be delighted with your purchase. However, if you wish to return an item(s) to us, you may do so within 14 days of the date of delivery to you and the price of the item will be fully refunded, providing the item(s) is returned in its original condition, unused and in re-saleable condition.
We are happy to exchange items if we have alternatives in stock and will send you a bill for postage of the alternative item before posting.
Please inform us by email of your decision to cancel an order and return items, explaining the reason for your decision, before sending them back to us. Please also ensure you send them using a Tracked/Signed-for service as we cannot accept responsibility for goods lost in the post.
