When I designed the Pia blouse, I had in mind a Parisian café … elbows on round tables at the terrace and a moody tobacco-toned interior lightened up by an ivory blouse and a dash of red lipstick and wine. Something chic, while also a little bit “garconne” … a little bit … Amelie perhaps?

The Pia is cut in a floaty viscose georgette, lined at the bodice (not the sleeves) and embroidered with silvery-grey trailing Anika flowers. It has a loosely-fitted, feminine and romantic silhouette. I envisaged it tucked softly into dark trousers or a skirt but it looks equally at home (as here) worn loosely and with jeans.

This blouse can be washed gently by hand or by machine on a cool (‘delicates/wool’) wash, or dry cleaned.
