The Meadow cushion was inspired by the discovery of a small wildflower meadow in a park near my home. A section of lawn had been transformed and I sat for a while on a bench in the sun-flecked shade of a tree watching the riot of colour rustling gently in the breeze.

This cushion is cut in linen and is embroidered and hand-embellished with a variety of stitches and beads.

It measures 38 x 38 cms in order to fit snugly over a 40 x 40 cms (16” x 16”) cushion pad.
