Our new Daydreamer’s dress is a light and feminine dress. It’s perfect for a warm day - or why not wear it with a chunky cardigan when the temperatures start to lower!

The shape is an offspring of the Cricket Watcher’s dress. It too has a high and loose-fitting waist but it’s a little longer and less full-skirted and here it’s created in a soft cotton voile.

This version has our “Yutika” embroidery, a geometrical design, sewn by hand using ‘chikankari’ which is a traditional Indian stitch worked mainly at the back of the fabric in order to create a shadow effect on the front. The almost translucent voile enables the stitches to show through to the front while imparting an airy and relaxed feel to the garment.

The dress comes with a complementary slip (with adjustable straps) in cotton cambric for discretion. It also has pockets. It exists in 3 colourways.

This dress should be washed separately by hand (or in a machine on a gentle programme) at 30 degrees max, air-dried (not tumble-dried) and pressed with an iron.
